My all time favorite pancake recipe from a cute little breakfast book called Pancake and Waffles by Lou Seibert Pappas. To make them patriotic I add some blueberries and garnish with strawberries.
It's a great summer breakfast and fun to make on a beautiful Sunday, as it was today.
