Take a moment to think about what you do everyday. From the moment you wake up until you go to sleep. For most of us, our days revolve around pleasing other people. Children, of course are our number one priority. Making sure they are safe, healthy, fed, clean..the list goes on and on. Then there is work. Most people work for someone else. And even if you work for yourself, you are still working towards a goal of pleasing your customers. Jobs, family, life......its all a beautiful thing. But before you know it, you may have one of those days where you just feel burnt out.
Thats when you need to make a conscious effort to do something for yourself. For many people, ESPECIALLY women, this is hard. We are caretakers, we are always looking to care for others. So the thought of ME time might be just ridiculous to some people. We need to change that. Life needs to be enjoyed and celebrated. You need to take time every once and awhile to relax, and enjoy yourself.
